Steve Styan

Steve has been practicing for 25 years in various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Systemic Psychotherapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT). He has specialist interests in complex trauma, addictions, anxiety, panic, phobias, and obsessional compulsive disorder (OCD). His work encourages clients to explore, connect and better understand their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a way they can make continued and sustained changes.
