Maria Atherley

A qualified Yoga instructor since 2017, Maria has since broadened her therapeutic skill set to include Reiki and Sound Bath. She works with guests to create a personalised programme that can help to heal family trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression. Maria provides an immersive experience to help to relax and restore, creating a sense of deep inner peace and stillness.
